World Leader in Scrap Tyre Recovering Processing Plant
EVERGREEN is licensed by the Department of Environment (DOE) to conduct waste tyre management through a thermo-chemical pyrolysis system, known as TRU Technology. As waste tyres are one of the major solid wastes in the automotive industry, pyrolysis of waste tyres ensures that proper disposal of waste tyres can be done whilst also recovering marketable by-products such as tyre pyrolysis oil (TPO) which can be further distilled into Euro 2 to Euro 4 Diesel, as well as heavy-black oil, Carbon Black and Steel Wires. At present EVERGREEN has a 30 tpd batch pyrolysis plant in Kuala Kangsar Perak, 60 tpd semi auto pyrolysis plant in Klang Selangor and the latest under construction 480 tpd advanced pyrolysis plant in Simpang Pulai, Perak which expected to be in operation in 2025. Exclusively, RAF is the official technology partner to promote and execute the TRU project in Malaysia and abroad. All RAF technical personnel was well trained to handle the FEED process including construction as well as operation and maintenance of the plant. RAF also collaborated with several off taker of the finish products procurement.
Water scarcity and drinking water quality deterioration lately in East Malaysia and many other countries has given an inspiration for RAF to contribute its expertise in chemical free, low energy and operator friendly system. Al- Jazari NR10K, a cutting edge with submerge UF technology was born in 2021 with the main purpose is to recycle the grey water and to solve the water crisis is rural area where chemical supply and power are limited.

National Organization For Ecosystem Conservation or known as NOEC is a Malaysian registered non governmental organization under Malaysian Register Of Society (ROS). NOEC is managed by environmental professionals, scientists and bio-economy experts who really understand the environmental threat and danger to the community and generation. World actively striving towards and achieving the protection of the global climate in a manner that promotes equity and social justice between peoples, sustainable development of all communities, and protection of the global environment.
NOEC works on a broad range of issues including climate change, renewable energy and bio-economy, to contribute to the zero carbon transition that should allow us to avoid dangerous climate change. We do that with a great team of experts in NOEC secretariat as well as with our committee that engage through working groups, mailing lists, conference call and our annual General Assemblies.
RAF conclude its exclusive agreement with NOEC in the following task area :-
1. Research & development on specific environmental technology.
2. Commercialization of new technology pertaining to the industrial needs.
3. Added value to byproduct/waste and further to formulate the marketing strategy.
4. Anything that is related to the environment and ecosystem work.
