RAF Technologies with its business allied Evergreen Corporate Sdn. Bhd. (ECSB), is the pioneer and the largest scrap tyre recycling company in Malaysia using thermochemical pyrolysis process. RAF-ECSB history starts in 2009 when the government operation license for RAF-ECSB first scrap tyre recycling plant in Simpang Pulai, Perak, Malaysia was operated at a capacity of 30 tons per day with a semi-automated operation.
The second government license plant in Selangor, Malaysia was in full operation in 2021 for the capacity of 120 tons per day with cutting edge, fully automated scrap tyre recycling facility.
In June 2018, due to further improve the efficiency and environment impact of the said plant operations, RAF-ECSB was co-operated with the Malaysian Department of Environment to bring in new and cleaner technology and help to establish the “Best Available Technology” standards in Malaysia.
RAF-ECSB were also working closely with the Perak State government through their agencies to promote green technology investments in Perak. The Perak state government also sponsored RAF-ECSB at International Green Technology Expo Malaysia (IGEM 2015 & IGEM 2016) and whereby we won the "Best State Booth" category showcasing our latest Thermal Recovery Unit (TRU) technology.
